The most important thing we have learned is that Customer Service is the key ingredient in maintaining long-term Client/Agency relationships. Most ad agencies can design nice ad campaigns. Most agencies can promise you the earth, moon, and the stars. Most agencies have cool furniture. But not all agencies listen. We listen, we learn, we discuss, and we produce. Time after time after time.
Check out our site to learn about what we do and how we can help you with your future advertising and marketing needs, then contact us. We promise to listen.
A man of many hats, Ron has been in the ad agency business for 28 years. After working for some of the larger specialty agencies in Philadelphia area including Group Two Advertising and Oxford Communications, Ron opened his own agency in 1997. Ron has written thousands of ads, and helped brand or design hundreds of marketing campaigns in print and online. But, his number one priority is account service and maintaining strong relationships with his clients. Whether it’s Fortune 500 companies or small start ups, Ron's ability to form strong bonds and relationships with clients is the glue that holds it all together. Ron is generally the last line of defense and final set of eyes before anything goes live on-line or in print. He is a firm believer that just because a client approves something, that does not mean its ready to go. Double check and triple check, then check it again. Ron holds a Journalism/Advertising degree from Temple University.
